Preparation / Directions:Prepare potatoes. Blend ginger, garlic, 3 tablespoons water, turmeric, salt and cayenne into paste. Add oil into a large frying pan over medium heat. Add fennel seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry 2 minutes. Add potatoes; stir-fry 5-7 minutes or until potatoes have a nice golden crust to them. Serve.
