Preparation / Directions:Put oil in wok and set on highish heat. When hot put in cumin and mustard seeds. Ads soon as mustard seeds begin to pop, a few seconds, put in galic, ginger, cauliflower and green chilies.
Stir-fry 5-7 minutes or until cauliflower has turned somewhat brown.
Now put in salt black pepper, garam masala and chili powder; mix. Put in 4 tablespoons water and cover wok immediately.
Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
