Micro Fudge

Ingredients:

1 pound powdered sugar -- 3 3/4 +cup
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup nuts -- chopped*
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Melt margarine, add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, marshmallows (packed tightly into cup and a little overflowing) and cocoa. 2. Cook on high (650 watts) for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir, put in nuts, pour into greased pan......cool about 1 hour.... Hint: I usually beat it a little after cooking and adding nuts before I pour it out. Cut before completely cool. *Any kind would do, I have used walnuts, both English and black, and pecans
