Fresh Fruit With Almond Crème

Ingredients:


1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

2 tablespoons almond liqueur

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 package strawberries -- bananas, raspberries and blueberries

1 pound cake
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together yogurt, sour cream and powdered sugar. Stir in liqueur and extract. Cover and chill until ready to use. Slice pound cake into servings. To serve put a slice of pound cake on plate, top with fruit and dollop topping on top. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
