Melon In Mint Sauce

Ingredients:


2/3 cup lowfat sour cream

1 tablespoon mint -- plus 1 tsp., minced

1 tablespoon sugar -- plus 1 teaspoon

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

2/3 cup cantaloupe -- cubed

2/3 cup honeydew melon -- cubed

2/3 cup watermelon -- cubed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving. NOTES : Prep: 15 min, plus chilling time.
