2 Tablespoons Vital Gluten, Optional
3/4 Cup Wheat/Oat Flakes
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 Teaspoons Yeast
1/3 Cup Diced Dried Apples
1/3 Cup chopped nuts, optional
