Preparation / Directions:
Suffolk Broiled Cod Fillet is easy to prepare, takes hardly any time at all and is a dish fit to grace any dinner table. The fillets weigh up to about 2-1/2 pounds. Figure 3/4 pound per person if you serve it as a dinner dish. Before broiling the fillets, coat them liberally with the following mixture, sufficient for 1 large fillet: Combine all ingredients, coat the fillet and broil, not too close to the flame for about 10 minutes, checking for change in translucency. Serve with Lemon Butter. Lemon Butter Mix and spoon over fish.
