Cod Fish, Pan Fried

Ingredients:


1/2 tablespoon butter

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

4 fillets cod fish filets

1 package polenta or corn meal
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Put over a low fire on the top of the stove. Run the cod fish filets under cold water and dredge with polenta or corn meal. Brown in the heated oil/butter mixture. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
