Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven 350. Spread spinach over bottom of 8-9" casserole dish. Arrange fillets over top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and white wine, and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese. (If adding tomatoes, arrange slices over cheese), then pork rinds. Bake 30-40 min. (15 g carb).
