Preparation / Directions:Serve this with any grilled or baked fish. Bake fish in a 500F oven or under a broiler, allowing 5 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness.
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS in a blender and blend until butter is smooth. Scrape into a bowl and offer at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
