Fish With Caper Sauce

Ingredients:


2 medium lemons -- juice and grated

2 tablespoons capers -- chopped, finely

2 cloves garlic -- smashed

8 tablespoons bread crumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 large egg

22 ounces fish filet

1 Cup oil for frying
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Sprinkle fish with the lemon juice. 2. Mix breadcrumbs with capers, garlic and lemon peel, add salt and pepper. 3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it, then in the bread crumb mix until coated very good. 4. Heat oil and fry the fish crispy brown on both sides. Translated by Brigitte Sealing
