Cheesy Florentine Dip

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese softened

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons milk

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach -- thawed and drained

2 large hard boiled eggs -- finely chopped

1 clove garlic -- finely chopped

1 dash paprika

1 dash salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine cream cheese, yogurt and milk mixing until well blended. Stir in spinach, eggs, garlic, paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with crudités.
