Preparation / Directions:Combine beef, onions, and garlic in a skillet, over a moderate flame. Heat and stir to lightly brown beef, drain well. Add tomato sauce, catsup, oregano, and sugar-mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Skim off fat, remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese. Serve warm
