Ingredients:


1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup scallions sliced

1/3 cup parsley sprigs

1/2 clove garlic

1 teaspoon wine vinegar or lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Serve with cut-up vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
