Krab Dip Supreme

16 ounces sour cream
2 small onions -- chopped fine
2 teaspoons white pepper
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
8 ounces Louis rich imitation crab -- ( inchkrab inch)
6 medium mushrooms -- chopped
16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
3 teaspoons garlic -- mashed
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes -- or to taste
6 large green onions -- sliced thin
2 teaspoons lemon and herb seasoning

Preparation / Directions:

Chop Krab into small (but identifiable) pieces. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in blender/processor. Add the spices and blend them in. Place onions and Krab in a mixing bowl and mix well. (Mix by hand to avoid chopping the Krab into smaller pieces). Add the cream cheese mixture and mix well by hand. Chill in refrigerator for several hours. If dip is too runny, add some dehydrated onions to absorb the excess liquid. Serve on crackers, chips or vegetables.
