Spicy Meat Dip

Ingredients:


1 pound ground turkey breast

1/2 cup finely minced onion

1 tablespoon garlic finely minced

1 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup catsup

3/4 teaspoon ground oregano

1 teaspoon sugar

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces room temperature fat free cream cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine beef, onions, and garlic in a skillet, over a moderate flame. Heat and stir to lightly brown beef, drain well. Add tomato sauce, catsup, oregano, and sugar-mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Skim off fat, remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese. Serve warm
