White Bean Dip

Ingredients:


1 can cannellini beans or great orthern beans -- rinsed and drained (15 to 16 ounces)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

2 cloves garlic cloves -- up to 3

1 teaspoon salt to taste

1 package pita bread -- corn chips or vegetable dippers
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except for last one. Cover and process until smooth. Chill. Serve with toasted pita bread triangles, corn chips or fresh vegetables.
