Ingredients:


1/4 Cup chopped onion

1 Cup frozen chopped spinach -- thawed and drained well

1 pinch black pepper

1 Teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 Teaspoon garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves minced well

1 Cup lowfat cottage cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute onion in nonstick pan until golden, about 5 minutes over mediumlow heat. lend remaining ingredients with onion in a small serving bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving... Now, I have had this one and it is good...mainly with a hollawed out sour dough round loaf of bread...yummy to the tummy too....Betty
