Ingredients:


1 teaspoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon garlic

2 cups cheddar cheese

1 cup jack cheese

3 teaspoons beer

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

4 ounces diced green chiles

1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


melt butter in a non-stick skillet, over a medium flame add garlic and saute for 2 minutes, until softened add cheeses heat and stir, just until melted add remaining ingredients-mix well spoon into a chafer serve hot
