Shrimp Curry Dip

Ingredients:

4 1/2 ounces tiny shrimp pieces
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey -- upto 1 tbsp
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 medium onion -- finely diced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 dash hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with assorted vegetables. Notes: You can thin this dip with some milk and use it as a salad dressing too.
