Ingredients:


20 pieces fresh basil leaves

1 large egg yolk

1/2 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup plain yogurt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a food processor or blender process until smooth and well blended cover and chill for 2-24 hours serve slightly chilled, with crudities or savory crackers
