3 ounces cream cheese -- plain or with pimento
2 cups dairy sour cream
2 teaspoons horseradish
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
3 drops tabasco sauce
2 1/2 ounce chopped beef -- diced
1 cup green olives -- sliced
1/2 cup green pepper -- diced
1/2 cup onion -- diced
3 tablespoons yellow banana peppers -- seeded and diced

Preparation / Directions:

Mash softened cream cheese with fork and blend well with sour cream until mixture is smooth. Add horseradish, garlic salt, Worcestershire, and Tabasco sauces; blend well. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Cover and chill for 2 hours or more to enhance flavors. Keeps well for 3 to 4 days. May be used as a delicious topping for baked potatoes. Makes 4 cups.
