Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:

combine sour cream, coconut, coconut liqueur or cream, corn syrup, and lemon juice-mix well add more lemon juice or corn syrup as needed, to taste spoon into a shallow bowl serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, as a dip for fruits
