Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup skim milk
 

Preparation / Directions:

Whirl all ingredients in blender until smooth. Chill. Serve with raw veggies.
