Ingredients:


2 medium salmon or 1 small halibut

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon hot flavoring -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Skin and bone fish. Slice paper thin. Place on dehy- drator racks. Salt and pepper lightly. If you wish, add hot flavoring. Place in dehydrator for 12 to 24 hours until crisp. Delicious!
