Chilled Lemon Flan

Ingredients:

---filling
1/2 pint heavy cream
12 ounces condensed milk -- (do not use whole can!)
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 Medium grated rind of 4 lemons
---crust
1 crust graham cracker ready-crust
---topping
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup fresh or crystallized lemon slices
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix together cream, condensed milk and finely grated lemon rind. Slowly beat in lemon juice. Pour mixture into crust and chill overnight. Just before serving, decorate the flan with a whirl of cream and the lemon slices.
