Chilled Lemon Flan

Ingredients:

     1/2          pint  heavy cream
  12            ounces  condensed milk -- (do not use whole
                        -- can!)
  4                     lemons -- juice of
                        grated rind of 4 lemons
                        crust
                        graham cracker ready-crust
                        topping
                        whipped cream
                        fresh or crystallized lemon slices
 

Preparation:

Mix together cream, condensed milk and finely grated lemon rind. Slowly beat in lemon juice. Pour mixture into crust and chill overnight. Just before serving, decorate the flan with a whirl of cream and the lemon slices.
