Ingredients:


4 teaspoons red curry paste

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup superfine sugar

1/4 cup tamarind juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir for 5 minutes, until well blended strain well cover and chill use as a dipping sauce for grilled appetizers
