Preparation / Directions:Wash and wipe the turmeric leaves dry. Grind the rice with salt to taste and just enough water to a fine paste. Apply evenly on each turmeric leaf. Place 1 spoonful of prepared filling on top and fold the leaves into half. Steam them until cooked in an idli cooker. Serve with ghee.
