Ginger's Tipsy Balls

Ingredients:


1 Cup Confectioners Sugar

1/2 Cup Butter ( softened )

1/2 Cup Nuts ( slightly crushed )

1/2 Cup Raisins

2 tablespoons Non Sweetened Cocoa

2 tablespoons Flaked Cocoanut

2 tablespoons Rum, Brandy or Whiskey

1 bottle Chocolate Sprinkles

1 Cup Flaked Cocoanut

1 Cup Colored Sprinkles
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix sugar and butter, then stir in nuts, raisins, cocoanut, chocolate and rum ~ Refridgerate until firm ( approx. 1 hour ) ~ Roll into 3/4 inch balls ~ Roll the balls in the sprinkles or cocoanut ~ Chill on a wax papered tray til time to serve.
