ITALIAN STYLE Chili

Ingredients:


1 pound Ground beef, lean

3/4 Cup Onion, chopped

26 ounces pasta sauce

1 1/2 Cup Water

1 Can Whole tomatoes,undrained Broken up.

1 Can Sliced mushrooms, drained

1/3 Cup Pepperoni, sliced (2 oz)

1 tablespoons Beef bouillon, granulated OR

3 pieces Bouillon cubes

1 tablespoons Chili powder

2 teaspoon Sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large kettle or Dutch oven, brown meat with onion; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 30 min., stirring occasionally. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
