Ratatouille Chicken Kebabs

4 medium boneless -- skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-1/2 inch chunks
1 medium eggplant -- cut into 1-inch chunks
1 medium Onion -- cut into 1-inch chunks
3/4 Cup italian salad dressing
1 cup spaghetti sauce -- warmed

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat broiler. Thread chicken, eggplans and onion alternately on 8 skewers through the skin of the eggplant so it won't fall apart. Baste each kebab with italian dressing. broil 7-9 minutes, turning halfway through cooking or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Transfew kebabs to serving platter; top with spaghetti sauce and serve immediatel
