Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:


2 1/2 cups corn flakes

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 large egg white

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 pound chicken breasts

1 bottle kraft honey barbecue sauce -- for dipping
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut chicken into 1 1/2" pieces. Preheat oven 425 F. Spray baking sheet with Pam. Crush corn flakes. Combine cereal and spices in plastic bag. Dip chicken a few pieces at a time in egg white and then shake in bag to coat. Bake 15-20 min. Serve with barbecue or sweet and sour sauce.
