Chicken With Tangy Apricot Glaze

Ingredients:

8 pounds chicken pieces -- skinned
1 bottle Russian or spice sweet French dressing (8 oz)
1 package dry onion soup mix -- (1 oz.)
13 ounces jar of apricot preserves
 

Preparation / Directions:

Place chicken in a lightly greased large roasting pan. Combine dressing, soup mix, and preserves; spread over chicken. Bake at 300 F for 2 hours or until done.
