4 medium boneless -- skinless chicken breast halves,
4 teaspoons grey poupon honey mustard
4 slices turkey ham -- 4oz
1/3 cup egg beaters healthy real egg substitute
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

Preparation / Directions:

Pound each chicken breast to flatten slightly. Spread each breast with 1 teaspoon mustard; top with a slice of turkey ham and swiss cheese. Roll up each chicken breast to encase filling; secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken rolls in egg beaters; roll in bread crumbs to coat. Place in lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Cover loosely with foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes more until chicken is done. Garnish as desired.
