Barbecued Turkey Legs

Ingredients:


4 medium turkey drumsticks -- about 3 1/2 lbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons oil

---Basting Sauce

1/3 cup apricot marmalade

1/3 cup chili sauce

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rinse turkey, pat dry. Blend flour, salt and pepper. Dredge turkey pieces in mixture. Heat oil in a fryng pan. Brown turkey evenly on all sides. Combine basting sauce ingredients. Place drumsticks in a shallow baking dish. Spoon basting sauce over. Covr with lid or foil. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until turkey meat is tender. Baste with sauce from to time while baking.
