Preparation:
Rinse turkey, pat dry.
Blend flour, salt and pepper. Dredge turkey pieces in mixture.
Heat oil in a fryng pan. Brown turkey evenly on all sides.
Combine basting sauce ingredients. Place drumsticks in a shallow baking
dish. Spoon basting sauce over. Covr with lid or foil.
Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until turkey meat is tender. Baste
with sauce from to time while baking. |
