Ingredients:


2 Teaspoon Margarine

1 Pound Ground Beef

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Dash Pepper

16 Ounces Tomato Sauce

2 cups Schredded Chedder Cheese

2 Clove Garlic (crushed)

1 cup Sour Cream

13 Ounces Cream Cheese

6 medium green Onions

1 Teaspoon Sugar

8 Ounces Wide Noodles
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown Meat in Margarine,add salt, Garlic,Pepper,Sugar and tomato sauce. Cover and Simmer 20 min. Cook Noodles,Drain. Chop Unions The green and all. Combine Onions,Sour Cream, Cream Cheese,mix well. In a pamed 13 in x 9 in Pyrex pan put a layer of noodles next a layer of cream cheese sour crean onion mix and a layer of Meat Sauce. Cover the top of this mixture with Scredded Cheese. min. at 350 F makes a large Cassesole.
