Fried Crawfish

Ingredients:


1 pound crawfish

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

2 large eggs

1 Cup milk

2 Cup flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


Season cleaned crawfish tails with salt and pepper. Dip each one in mixture of beaten eggs and a little milk. Dip in flour that has been seasoned. Fry in hot fat. Makes delicious hot hors d'oeuvres or serve as a main dish
