Ingredients:


1/2 Cup California dates

1/2 Cup lowfat milk

1 1/2 Teaspoons chocolate syrup

1 1/2 Teaspoons Kahlua (optional)

3 Scoops coffee ice cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except ince cream in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped. Add ice cream blend until just combine. makes 1 serving.
