Easy Beef Burgundy

Ingredients:


2 Pounds stew beef

1/4 Cup flour

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

2 Cups water

1 Cup red burgundy wine

1 Package beef stew seasoning -- (15 ounce)

1/4 Teaspoon thyme leaves

8 Ounces fresh mushrooms -- quartered

6 medium carrots sliced

1 Medium onion -- coarsely chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cut beef into 1/2 inch cubes and coat with flour.
