Tangy Barbecued Beef Ribs

4 pounds beef back ribs
1/2 cup A-1 Sweet and Tangy Steak Sauce
1/4 cup onion -- minced
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce -- up to 3/4 teaspoon

Preparation / Directions:

Slice the ribs into individual ribs. Place ribs in large heavy pot; add water to cover. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 60 minutes or until tender. Mix steak sauce, onion, garlic and pepper sauce in a small bowl; set aside. Drain ribs. Grill or broil ribs for 10 to 12 minutes or until glazed; turning and brushing with steak sauce mixture. Heat remaining sauce mixture and serve with ribs.
