Marinated Black-Eyed Peas

Ingredients:


3 cans black-eyed peas -- drained

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup wine vinegar

1/4 cup onion -- chopped

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

4 dashes hot sauce

1 medium Onion rings -- for garnish

1 medium green pepper rings -- for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except onion rings and pepper rings. Stir well. Cover and marinate at least 3 days in refrigerator. Garnish with onion rings and pepper rings.
