Preparation / Directions:Heat oil, add onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Saute for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for hour and half. Optional: Italian mild sauages, cook after adding onion, garlic, carrot and celery.
Side dishes: White rice, or mix with taco salad.
