Red bean Chili

Ingredients:

1 medium Onion
3 cloves garlic
1 medium carrot
1 medium celery stalk
1 can red bean
1 can beans in mossales
1 tablespoons cumin
1 can stock
1 medium red peper
1 small hot green pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium sweet tomatoe
2 tablespoons oil
 

Preparation:

Heat oil, add onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Saute for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for hour and half. Optional: Italian mild sauages, cook after adding onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Side dishes: White rice, or mix with taco salad.
