Red bean Chili

Ingredients:

1                       onion
3                       cloves of garlic
1                       carrot
1                       celery stalk
1         can           red bean
1         can           beans in mossales
1         tbsp          cumin
1         can           stock
1                       red peper
1         small         hot green pepper
1         tsp           black pepper
1                       sweet tomatoe
2         tbsp          oil
 

Preparation:

Heat oil, add onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Saute for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for hour and half. Optional: Italian mild sauages, cook after adding onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Side dishes: White rice, or mix with taco salad.
