Smoked Pheasant - 2

Ingredients:

1 gallon Ziploc bag
2 medium cleaned pheasant
18 ounces Italian dressing
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:

Add all ingredients in Ziploc bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three days would not hurt. Place on smoker until done. Hope you like it!
