Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   1      gallon        Ziploc bag
   2                    cleaned pheasant
   1      18 oz bottle  Italian dressing
     1/4  cup           Worcestershire sauce
     1/2  cup           brown sugar
 

Preparation:

Add all ingredients in Ziploc bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three days would not hurt. Place on smoker until done. Hope you like it!
