Avocado-Banana Soup

Ingredients:


2 large ripe avocadoes

2 large bananas

1 cup milk

1 cup sugar

4 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 quart plain yogurt

1 teaspoon grated nutmeg for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Puree avocados and bananas. Add the milk, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Mix in yogurt and chill at least 3 hours prior to serving. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
