Smoked Tuna Dip

This is a Florida staple at many local restaurants and popular with locals and visitors. It is simple and absolutely delicious. Serve as an appetizer, at a buffet table or as a bar snack. You will delight your guests.
 

Ingredients:

2 cans white albacore tuna, well drained
3 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
3 Tablespoons Light Mayo (I use Hellmans Real Mayo) or enough to blend
1 Tablespoon Creamy Horseradish
2 Tablespoons Fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste
6 dashes hot sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix these together tuna and Liquid Smoke and set aside for 30 min. or more before adding remaining ingredients. Blend together well. Refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers, veggies.
